"Nature will always be the most inspirational source of beautiful design, and my travels to interesting places has surely been edifying to my creative spirit. But I find that the most simple objects and structures of everyday life can often be transitioned into very unique creations."a TTTREET. Click here nto add your own text and edit me. A New York City native, Joseph Williams relocated to Dallas in the year 2000 to be closer to his mother and relatives . He took on an average job as a travel agent to tide him over until he found something more exciting and  soul-fulfilling.

Within a few months the agency he worked for shut down, and Joseph instinctively knew that working another 9 to 5 job just wasn't in his DNA. While on unemployment ,and the bus, he decided to try his hand at making fine merchandise from his small one-bedroom apartment.

With some financial help from his mother, a successful line of beauty-themed greeting cards was featured at Henri Bendel N.Y.  These novelty cards were soon replaced by the introduction of jeweled hair ornaments and fashion accessories which were sold at Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Fred Segal  and Jeffrey NY. for several years.

Now, in addition to his very artistic fine jewelry designs made from gorgeous gems and fine gold, Joseph Williams is also known for his unique and conversation-worthy napkin rings that he designs each season. One of the key elements that sets his napkin rings apart from all others is his hallmark of working primarily with natural materials including  gemstones, freshwater pearls, and other finer quality materials . Josephs objects to hold a napkin are more like "jewels" for the table; And with a hand for refinement, his creations usually lean more to the elegant and sophisticated side. A  Joseph Williams design always seems to have a certain textural appeal as well as aesthetic attraction.  He likes creating unique designs... but yet jewelry and tabletop creations that can be used for 20 years. He is pleased that he continually hears from clients how they pull out designs of his from many years ago and still feel current.

To date he has never attended any type of design  or art schools, nor taken a single class in the jewelry trade. Mr Williams states that even as a child he has always been very visual and that his talents are truly a natural gift blessed by God.
